Ross Hardy has been in the gun business most of his life and has a passion for, and an extensive knowledge of, firearms of all makes and eras. He offers a full-service gun-shop which includes in-house gun-smithing & repairs. Favorite firearm: "All of them!" Hardy have pulled together a great team of people who are as diverse in their backgrounds and areas of interest as the items they sell in the store.

Dayna Werley
Over the last 20 + years Dayna has worked in the finance world in various positions as a compliance officer, credit analyst, trainer, and accounts receivable funding portfolio manager. About 4 years ago Dayna was introduced to firearms and developed a passion for them. Dayna is a member of The Well Armed Woman: Peoria Chapter, Front Sight Firearms Training Institute, the NRA, AZCDL, USCCA and other shooting chapters around the valley. She has been a member of Shooters World since February 2013 and she shoots there regularly. Dayna also stays proficient by shooting at a variety of other local ranges including Weston Shooters Club, Weymouth Sportsmens Club,Down Range Firearms Training, and . Firearm Safety Academy. She has her Conceal Carry Weapons License (CCW) and will soon be taking the NRA/ Well Armed Woman Instructors Certification. Judd Bickel
Judd is a MA Native who recently left a career in Corporate Aviation to afford him more time with his family. He is licensed to fly both airplanes and helicopters and he is also licensed as an instructor in both. His experience as a Flight Instructor earned him a Gold Seal from the FAA. Judd has been a lifelong hunter and sport shooting enthusiast. So much so that he obtained a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and now his passion is for the Sport Shooting Industry. Earl Gould - After serving 30+ years in the New Jersey Army National Guard / (AGR) Active Guard Reserve Program, and being deployed to Iraq, Earl retired from the military in 2006. He then worked for a fellow soldier's HVAC Company in PA, before going back to school. Earl graduated from the Lackawanna College Police Academy in Scranton, PA, and became a Police Sergeant. Earl and his wife, and their dog Duke, moved to MA to be closer to family in early 2013. Earl joined the Hardys Firearms sales team in December of 2014.
